When you install and utilize the AI Lead Enrichment browser extension, we collect and process only the minimal data necessary to fulfill its core functionality:

• Authentication Information: Your Google email address and OAuth tokens, used exclusively to authenticate your account session and securely connect to your Google Sheets.
• Website Content: Raw text data from public professional profiles, corporate websites, or B2B directories that you explicitly choose to extract by triggering the extension button.

The information collected is used strictly for a single, focused utility: extracting structured lead data via AI and saving it directly into your personal Google Sheets spreadsheet.

We do not sell your data, we do not broker prospect lists, and we do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Prospect profile data is processed transiently in-memory via our secure serverless backend to perform AI extraction and is immediately written to your connected Google Sheet. We do not retain permanent copies of your scraped lead data on our servers.

Our application strictly complies with all Google API Services User Data Policies, including the Limited Use requirements:

We interface with trusted third-party providers strictly to facilitate authentication, processing, and billing:

• Google Workspace APIs: For secure OAuth authentication and appending spreadsheet rows via the official Google Sheets API.
• Google Gemini AI API: For real-time extraction and cold email generation over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Paystack: For PCI-DSS certified payment processing. We never store or handle your credit card numbers.

Google user data is only processed transiently during an active extraction request. We do not retain permanent copies of Google user data on our servers.

You may request complete deletion of your account and any associated billing records at any time by contacting our privacy officer at ailead@ransamie.online.
